About Us

Where does S.A.F.E. come from?

S.A.F.E. is a system that took over 15 years to put together.  It has been honed and perfected by teaching it to thousands of people who have had no official martial arts or self defense training.  This is a system that is based on over 2000 years of secrets handed down in Japan as well as modern tactics and strategies employed by military branches, law enforcement agencies, executive protection services and human behaviorists.  This is the first time that the knowledge of these programs has been brought together and taught to the public for the purpose of keeping college students safe.

“I am a 28 year career police officer, the last 27 years being with the Sycamore Police Department.  I currently hold the rank of Police Lieutenant. I am also a 7th degree black belt in Isshin-Ryu style karate and have studied various forms of martial arts over the past thirty years.

The curriculum and manner of instruction is second to none. I would recommend this professional training to anyone interested in not just surviving, but in thriving in today’s environment.”

Lieutenant Thomas Scott, Sycamore Police Department
